Greek Lemon Olive Oil

Olives and whole lemons, crushed together in one pressing.

The lemons are crushed with the olives at the mill, in the same pressing, not stirred in afterward. The oil takes the citrus from the whole fruit, peel and all, the way it is done in the villages of the Argolis.

Best for: Fish, grilled vegetables, salads, or anywhere you would finish with a squeeze of lemon.

  • Co-pressed, not infused
  • Whole lemons, not essence
  • Single family estate, Epidaurus
  • Pressed once a year, in December

Why co-pressed

Whole fruit, at the mill

Whole lemons crushed with the olives in a single pressing, not an essence added later.

Single family estate

Manaki from one estate in Epidaurus, Argolis, cold-pressed within hours of harvest.

Once a year, in December

Made only when olives and citrus ripen together, a seasonal, limited pressing.

Questions we hear often

Is this a flavored oil?
No. It is not olive oil with lemon flavoring or essence added. Whole lemons are crushed together with the olives in a single pressing, so the citrus comes from the fruit itself.
What olives is it made from?
Manaki, an ancient Greek variety, from a single family estate in Epidaurus, Argolis.
How should I use it?
As a finishing oil. It is at its best raw, over fish, vegetables, salads, or bread, rather than for high-heat cooking.
