Free Shipping: Orders of $50 or more (to the contiguous U.S.) qualify for FREE 3-day shipping.
Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $50 or shipping to non-contiguous states/territories (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, etc.) incur a $10 flat shipping fee.
Processing Time: Orders placed Monday–Friday by 2:30 pm PST ship the same day from our Santa Fe Springs, CA warehouse. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.
Carrier Flexibility: We may adjust carriers or methods (e.g., for oversized or heavy shipments) to ensure timely delivery.
