Return & Refund Policy

Our 30-Day Promise

Because our products are food, they are generally non-returnable once opened, the standard you will see on Amazon and other premium food brands. If something is not right, we will make it right.

• If anything is wrong on our end (damaged, broken in transit, wrong item, or a delivery issue), we make it right with a replacement or full refund, no return needed. Just email us at hello@my-land.co with a photo.
• Unopened, intact items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Opened or used items cannot be returned, for food-safety reasons.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within about 5 business days of us receiving the return or approving your claim.

Buy with Prime Orders

If you purchased using Buy with Prime, your return is processed directly through Amazon's system. Just follow the instructions in your Prime account.
