What makes Greek chamomile different from other chamomile teas?

Greek chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) grown at elevation in the dry, mineral-rich soil of the Greek mountains produces smaller, more concentrated flower heads. Our bags are filled with whole dried flowers only -- no stems, no filler herbs, no powder. Whole flower means better flavor and a cleaner cup.

Can I drink chamomile tea every day?

How many cups per box and how should I brew it?

20 bags. Heat water to just off the boil (90-95C). Steep one bag for 4-6 minutes for a rich golden cup. A teaspoon of Greek thyme honey complements it well. Each bag can be re-steeped once for a lighter second cup.
