Where It Comes From

We know the fields, the hives, the hands. This is the full record.

Mount Olympus, the herbs and tea

Above 1,000 metres, in unpolluted mountain air, the herbs and mountain tea grow wild and slowly: oregano, thyme, sage, rosemary, and Sideritis mountain tea. The elevation and the short season concentrate the oils. Hand-harvested at peak bloom, slow-dried, whole-leaf.

Epidaurus and Argolis, the olive oil

A single family estate in the Argolis valley, the rare Manaki variety, cold-pressed within hours of harvest. Once a year, in December, the olives are pressed together with organic lemons and tangerines from the same valley.

Mount Pangaion, the beekeepers

Migratory beekeeping, hives followed across the bloom by a women-led tradition. Wild thyme, wildflower, forest, pine and chestnut. Raw, unfiltered, never heated.

The bridge

One chain of integrity: a specific place, specific people, a specific outcome. The worldview that ties the Greek pantry and the Greek apothecary together.
