+ - How can I cancel my subscription?

First login to your my-land.co account and navigate to 'Subscriptions.'

Then, click on the subscription id for which you want to cancel.

Then, click on the 'CANCEL' button on the right side.
A popup will appear asking for confirmation of the cancel, click 'OK' to finalize the change.

The cancel subscription will reflect immediately in the subscription dashboard for each item modified.

+ - Can I subscribe to multiple items?

Yes! When subscribed to multiple items each will show up as a uniquely manageable item within your subscription dashboard.

+ - How do I skip a shipment?

First login to your my-land.co account and navigate to 'Subscriptions.'

Then, click on the subscription id for which you want to Skip Shipment.

Then, click on the 'SKIP NEXT ORDER' button on the right side.
A popup will appear asking for confirmation of the skip, click 'OK' to finalize the change.

New shipment dates will reflect immediately in the subscription dashboard for each item modified.

+ - How do I pause a subscription?

First login to your my-land.co account and navigate to 'Subscriptions.'

Then, click on the subscription id which you want to Pause Subscription.

Then, click on the 'PAUSE' button on the right side.
A popup will appear asking for confirmation of the pause, click 'OK' to finalize the change.

+ - How do I update my subscription payment method?

First login to your my-land.co account and navigate to 'Subscriptions.'

Then, click on the subscription id for which you want to update payment method.

Then, click on the 'UPDATE' button on the right side.
You will get a message at the top of the page. You can update the payment method from that email.

+ - How do I update my shipping address?

First login to your my-land.co account and navigate to 'Subscriptions.'

Then, click on the subscription id for which you want to update shipping address.

Then, click on the 'CHANGE' button on the right side.
You will get edit address fields. You can edit the address and click on the "UPDATE ADDRESS" button.

New address will reflect immediately in the subscription dashboard for each item modified.
